I can safely say I wouldn't be as into training and fitness as I am now without Brook and honestly, it's been a pretty life-changing experience!
My whole mindset around food has changed and eating to fuel performance and build muscle. The gym is my happy place and I've honestly never felt better in myself mentally or about myself physically, and I owe a whole big chunk of that to him. Its been pretty epic tbf.

Brook has always treated me as an individual and didn’t give me a standard programme. Everything was specific to my needs and he continually flexes things for me too.
I’m doing things I never thought i’d do. Walking 10,000 steps a day and lifting my body weight. My clothes fit better, my chest fills my shirts and my jeans are fuller (In a good way).
Starting training has been one of the best decisions i’ve made! Choosing Brook to help me has made it even better!

Since starting my training journey with Brook a few years ago my confidence in and outside of the gym has grown massively.
Not only do I see loads of physical and mental changes from having a fun and motivating hobby in the gym, I feel as though Brook listens to me and is able to give me a personalised routine so I can achieve my goals! Brook’s support and knowledge as a PT is amazing, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience :)

Having worked with Brook as my coach for over 2 years, I have become increasingly confident in not just my ability to perform my workouts but also in being in a gym environment, something which I used to find quite anxiety inducing. Brook’s calm and caring approach means that I have been able to achieve personal goals in my training, and take the time not only to work on my physical health but also on my mental health. Brook’s entire ethos is around me as an individual client, which means I can trust him to design programmes for me which take into account my preferences whilst still pushing me to achieve, whilst the care he takes in his practice means that I know there will always be understanding if I’m struggling to get where I want to be.

When I first went to Brook, my main goal was getting healthier to improve my blood pressure. I was nervous as I was OUT OF SHAPE. But Brook has been nothing but kind, patient and understanding of the outside pressures in life and that’s priceless to me in a trainer. We’ve tweaked my training in ways that suit me and after 18 months I’ve not only changed physically; but mentally and Brook has been a huge part of that. Im kinder to myself thanks to him. 10/10 good egg.

I approached Brook to become my personal trainer as I was lacking motivation to get back to the gym after a shoulder operation and concerned about what exercises I could do to assist with my rehabilitation. Brook took the time to understand what I wanted to get out of our sessions and developed a programme to help encourage me back to the gym.
I found Brook an excellent PT who listened to the feedback I gave him and changed my exercise sessions taking this into account and enabling me to remain motivated. He was also able to support my rehabilitation by developing specific training elements to meet my personal needs.
Brook’s professionalism was exceptional and his commitment to my training sessions was brilliant. I can recommend Brook to anyone wanting to engage a PT, he was absolutely fantastic and was a massive help in improving my fitness.

I started with Brook after a period of solely focussing my fitness activity on weight loss. Having previously being overweight, I had successfully hit and even exceeded my goals in that respect, predominantly through maintaining a calorie deficit and cardio based fitness routine.
I was at a stage where I wanted to focus on building strength, rather than weight loss. I had realised that simply losing weight was not the result I wanted. Brook has helped me make this switch with confidence and ease.
He has a passionate and diligent approach that has helped me achieve our goals in a compassionate, clear and consistent way.
At this point my body has changed in many positive ways and results haven’t felt hard won, because I have enjoyed every moment.
I have learned new skills, gained confidence in the gym and I am achieving the results with my body that I always wanted.
