How Does it Work?
Initial Consultation
So that we can get to know each other and create a plan.
Your initial phone or video consultation is your chance to get to know me and learn about what I do and how coaching works. This is also where I can find out more about you, your lifestyle and the challenges you might face. Our first discussion is an opportunity to tell me about your goals, how you feel about yourself and what your motivation is to achieve the goals you want to achieve. From what I learn about your experience, history and lifestyle, i’ll use this information to begin putting together your personalised plan. This will happen before you decide to sign up to online coaching.
Progress Checks
To keep you accountable and progressing
You will record the key measurements of your progress at regular intervals. Every two weeks we will do an official progress check to look at your progress measures and identify how you’ve gotten on in the past two weeks. I will provide you with specific support and advice based on the feedback and information in your check-in form and coaching app, then make any necessary amendments to your plans and give you support on how to make the most of your progress in the next week.

I’m personally here for you on this journey.
I am available every day to motivate and encourage you as you go through your days and weeks via my personal phone. As well as to provide support and guidance in response to any of the specific challenges you might face on a weekly basis.
Personalised Training Plan
Written by me, for you.
Your training plan will be made by me based on your specific goals, your body, your capabilities and history as well as past injuries. Your plan will be progressive in order to move you closer and closer to your goals over time but will start based on the information I obtain in our initial consultation to ensure it begins from a place at which you are comfortable. You can access your plan through your personal profile on my coaching app so that we can both track what you do. Each exercise has a full demonstration, technique video and instructions so that you know exactly how much to do and exactly how to perform every exercise.
Personalised Nutrition Support and Coaching
Specific to you & changing over time
There are many ways that we can improve and manage nutrition. What’s important to me is finding a way that is comfortable, manageable and effective for you. We will start by recording a food diary in your first two weeks to gain an insight into where you are with it now and then create an ongoing plan from there. This plan may be a personalised set of calorie/macronutrient targets, recipe guidance and meal ideas, or portioning techniques specific to your lifestyle and your body. Your nutrition needs will change over time and I will teach you how to do this.

To teach you the knowledge
It’s important to me that you have the opportunity on this journey to learn for yourself and understand the processes so that you can become independent and manage your goals by yourself in the future. I will teach you through our personal coaching on your journey. But I also have a tonne of resources that you can access whilst I coach you. These include educational videos on training, mindset and nutrition, recipe books, and more.

I want you to know exactly how your journey is going to go and how you’re going to get there, creating a clear and visible path ahead for you to follow. With my coaching clients, we do goal setting coaching calls in order to constantly re-evaluate your goals and the progress you’re making and map out the medium and longer term steps you’ll need to take to get to where you eventually want to be.
